Doco Commercial, is a commercial construction company based in Charleston, SC. We specialize in high quality commerical upfits, food and beverage, and new construction. We seek projects of all sizes and pride ourselves on excellent project management and quality construction. The success of our business depends on the relationships we create and sustain before and after each project completion.

Tenant Improvement
We have an excellent reputation for our high quality upfits and tenant improvement projects. We take our client's vision and help create a space that fits their business needs through in-house design or "test fit". We support our clients from conceptual planning through final build and Certificate of Occupancy (CO). We handle retail, office, medical spaces, and much more!
Food and Beverage
DoCo Commercial has completed several food and beverage projects in the Charleston area. We love the complexity of these projects and support clients from conceptual design to CO. Recently we completed several wine bars around Charleston and a high end candy store. We love creating high quality and fun spaces that become successful Charleston staples.
Commercial Renovation
Similar to Tenant Improvement projects, DoCo Commercial can help existing businesses or landlords renovate their current spaces. For our landlords, renovating the interior and exterior of their building can help increase the rent roll and attract better tenants. For our clients with strong businesses, renovating their space can help drive more traffic and improve profit margins. We are passionate about helping other small businesses, like ours, become more successful by investing back into their operating spaces.
Historical Rehab - Adaptive Reuse
DoCo Commercial has the passion and the experience to complete high quality commercial upfits of historical buildings in downtown and greater Charleston. Adaptive reuse is the architectural practice of repurposing an existing building for a completely different function than its original design. We love to help our developer clients come up with creative ways to restore old buildings into flourishing businesses.

We take on one to two projects at a time, ensuring dedicated attention and hands-on involvement from ownership throughout each build.
Founder Pate Dominick is a Charleston native with over 15 years of commercial project management experience in the Lowcountry.
