Bringardner Law Firm

DoCo Commercial was hired to build out the Bringardner Law Firm on Broad Street in Charleston SC. This project involved a full gut of the ground floor, requiring the installation of complex beams, concrete demolition for underground electrical and plumbing, and the addition of an ADA bathroom. We also added a break room and made the entire space ADA compliant by leveling floors and creatively incorporating a handicap ramp. We exposed all the historical ceilings and brick in the space, completely changing the aesthetic of the building. Our clients are super happy and continue to host potential clients in the amazing conference room that showcases the accolades of one of Charleston's premier attorneys. Finally the frameless glass partition walls keep everything flooded with natural light and escentuates the historical materials that really make this project one of a kind.
