River Street Sweets

DoCo Commercial was hired by the franchise, River Street Sweets, to complete the build-out at their new location in Downtown Charleston. The project included a full demo of the existing space, down to the studs and required removing a lot of the concrete flooring for new underground plumbing and electrical feeds. We installed a 500 gallon grease trap, multiple service sinks, specialty praline pots, ice cream equipment, and other restaurant grade appliances. Custom cabinets from Greenville, SC with backlighting and mirrors beautifully display all the home made candies that River Street Sweets offers. We revived the historical brick to give the space that Charleston flair and we think it turned out amazing. Call us for your next restaurant project!
