My Ocean Rental Office Addition

My Ocean Rental is a premier vacation home rental firm and real estate company in Folly Beach SC. Due to expansion, they needed more SF added on to their office. We helped navigate tricky permitting and flood requirements to bring them a 2 office and bathroom addition. The space is on masonry paiers, wood framed, and hardie sided. We installed impact windows and finishes able to withstand lunch breaks to and from the beach!
