Franchise Street Industrial

Franchise Street is an industrial warehouse and laydown yard that was old and tired. We tore out around 2000 SF of old office and reopenend the warehouse area. We renovated approx 2500SF of existing office with new cieiling tiles, paint, flooring, light fixtures, trim, and bath fixtures. We reworked the metal siding and roofing where needed, installed 2ea new roll up doors, and 2ea new hollow metal exterior doors. The entire exterior was painted. We installed all new high bay lighting in the warehouse and did an industrial clean. The laydown yard was completely graded, rock adde and a new 8' tall fence with double gate.
